The Striker Stinger is a forward handle reflex deflex design longbow that has a lot to offer the archer. This bow is very smooth and pleasant to shoot. The advantage of a forward handle riser is the natural positioning of the shooters hand. The forward handle allows the archers hand to be positioned directly under the shelf of the bow for pin point accuracy (this bow repeats very well). With the handle in the forward position this gives the limbs a relaxed state allowing for a much smoother draw. Like all the other Strikers this bow has a great cast and the shelf is cut to center, without any hand stock, making the Striker Stinger a pleasure to shoot. This handle sports one of the slimmest in the industry. This pistol grip style, with the thumb rest, helps to put your hand in the same place every time for repeatability that is key in traditional archery. The Stinger takedown is universally interchangeable between recurve and longbow limbs. With a 14” riser height, this gives the bow longer working limbs to help eliminate handshock and stacking all while having a shorter overall bow. Limbs: A Reflex Deflex style Longbow, with performance in mind. Our limbs have been designed over a period of 20 years to give you the smoothest shooting bow possible.
The RK1 Takedown Bow features a fully machined aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum riser in a torqueless style grip typically available on modern compound bows. This feature allows for an easier transition for the compound archer to move into traditional archery equipment, and now allows the traditional archer to experience the nail driving accuracy of a torque free grip.
The RK1 Takedown Bow features a 16″ riser height that allows for enough sight window to shoot instinctively or attach a sight. The height is also short enough to give plenty of working limb at a 60” bow length resulting in a smoother shooting bow. Also featured is the flexibility to shoot directly off the shelf or with an elevated rest. This allows for transition between the woods to the 3D course without changing entire bow setups. Bow comes with side plate rest attachment, string, silencers, and stringer.
