Description
Traditional Handling. The Freedom of ILF.
The Striker Bows DK17 brings the design philosophy of the original RK1 to a compact 17-inch ILF riser. It pairs a forward-handle design with the freedom to choose compatible limbs and tune the bow to your shooting style.
A Shared Vision. A New Striker.
The DK17 brings together Striker Bows’ approach to traditional bow design and the design and modeling work of Kyle Null. Working closely with our team, Kyle helped shape the riser from concept to its final form—pairing a familiar feel in the hand with the versatility of an adjustable ILF platform.
Machined from solid billet 6061 aluminum using 5-axis CNC equipment, the DK17 is a platform for traditional bowhunting and 3D archery that you can build around your own preferences.

Choose Your Limbs. Keep Your Riser.
ILF means International Limb Fitting. The limb’s dovetail fitting seats in the riser pocket while its forked end engages the limb bolt. This shared fitting system opens up a wide range of compatible limbs from different manufacturers.
Choose limb length, draw weight and construction to suit your setup, then change limbs as your needs evolve. Normal limb installation and removal are tool-free with the bow unstrung; tuning adjustments are a separate step.
Check the limb maker’s fit and setup guidance when pairing components.

Three Adjustments. A Tune That Fits You.
Draw Weight
Limb bolts provide fine adjustment of the weight you draw within the permitted range. Your limbs establish the basic weight range.
Tiller
Independent upper and lower limb-bolt adjustment lets you tune the balance between the limbs for your string grip and shooting style, including split-finger or three-under.
Lateral Limb Alignment
Side-to-side adjustment lets you align the limbs with the riser and string path. It serves a different purpose from draw-weight and tiller adjustment.

Traditional Feel, with Choices at the Shelf
The DK17’s forward-handle design and low-torque grip geometry are designed to encourage repeatable hand placement. The close-up shows the handle profile and machining that give the riser its character.
An included side plate supports shooting directly off the shelf. Prefer an elevated arrow rest? The DK17 accommodates that approach too. Its generous sight window gives you room to see the target and build the arrow setup you prefer.
Build Your Hunting or 3D Setup
Standard AMO quiver/sight mounting locations let you fit compatible accessories. A stainless steel stabilizer insert provides a durable mounting point for a compatible stabilizer. Keep your setup simple for traditional shooting, or add the equipment that suits the way you hunt and practice.

Choosing Your ILF Setup
Does a 17-Inch Riser Mean a 17-Inch Bow?
No. The riser is the center section of the bow. Your chosen limb length determines the finished bow length together with the riser. Select limbs for your draw length and intended use.
Will I Draw the Weight Printed on My Limbs?
Not necessarily. Limb markings refer to a specified riser length and draw length. Your actual draw weight also depends on the riser geometry and limb-bolt setting. Check the manufacturer’s rating basis and measure your assembled bow at your draw length.
What Am I Ordering?
This listing is for the DK17 riser, with its included side plate. Limbs are selected separately. Choose your hand and available riser color above. Current orders have an estimated ship time of approximately four weeks.
